How Gaim.zone Works

From creating a league to crowning a champion โ€” the only time anyone touches the ground is match day.

๐Ÿ†

Phase 1

League Owner Creates a League

1

Set league name, sport type (Cricket, Football, Badminton, Basketball, and more), variant (T20, ODI, 5v5, etc.), and season name

2

Add venue locations with event date ranges

3

Upload league banner and logo

4

Configure player requirements: min/max count, age restrictions, gender rules, and required profile fields

5

Create up to 5 custom fields for player profiles specific to your league

6

Set franchise settings: min/max franchise count

7

Configure auction parameters: max budget per franchise, base bid, and tiered bid increments

8

Choose visibility: region-specific (city, district, state) or nationwide

9

Publish the league and start accepting requests

๐Ÿ

Phase 2

Players Register and Join

1

Players download Gaim.zone and create a profile with sport type, primary and secondary roles (e.g., Batsman, Bowler, Wicketkeeper, All-rounder)

2

Add bio, physical attributes, and link YouTube highlight videos

3

Upload ID proof if the league requires verification

4

Discover leagues near you by city, district, state, or nationwide

5

Send join requests to leagues you want to participate in

6

Track request status and receive notification when approved

7

Manage multiple league memberships from a single profile

๐ŸŸ๏ธ

Phase 3

Franchise Owners Join

1

Franchise Owners request to create a franchise within a league

2

Set franchise name, logo, and description

3

League Owner reviews and approves franchise requests

4

Approved franchise owners can browse enrolled players before the auction

5

Receive push notification when the auction is scheduled and when it goes live

โšก

Phase 4

Live Auction Begins

1

League Owner schedules the auction with date, time, and player distribution settings

2

All participants receive push notifications before and at auction start

3

Players are presented one by one in randomized order

4

Franchise Owners bid using points within their configured max budget

5

Timer counts down โ€” each new bid resets the clock, keeping tension alive

6

Tiered bid increments scale with the current bid price

7

League Owner monitors real-time online/offline status of all franchise bidders

8

Auctions can be paused (with reason + resume time), resumed, or stopped by the League Owner

9

Unsold players automatically re-enter the pool for rebidding

10

Auction closes when all franchises meet their minimum squad requirement

๐ŸŽฏ

Phase 5

Post-Auction: Squads & Results

1

View complete squad rosters for every franchise

2

Review the full activity log โ€” every bid, pause, and auction event in order

3

Practice Mode: run a simulated auction with test data to prepare for the next event

4

Guided Demo available for first-time League Owners and bidders with step-by-step tutorials

๐Ÿ“…

Phase 6

Schedule & Play

1

League Owner creates a tournament schedule with rounds and match fixtures

2

Organize matches into group stages, knockout rounds, or any custom format

3

Publish the schedule so players and franchise owners can see their upcoming fixtures

4

Track each match through its lifecycle: scheduled โ†’ in progress โ†’ completed
