A Schedule Engine Built for However Your Tournament Runs
Round robins. Knockouts. Group stages feeding straight into playoffs — all in one schedule. Auto-generate every fixture or add them by hand, then publish when you're ready. Every player and franchise owner sees exactly where and when they play.
How the schedule engine works
Every schedule is built from rounds — and each round can optionally be split into groups, so a full group-stage-into-knockout tournament lives in a single schedule instead of three different spreadsheets.
Pick a format per round or group — single round robin, double round robin, knockout, or a fully custom bracket — and let Gaim.zone auto-generate every pairing, or add matches one by one. Mix both approaches in the same group when your tournament needs it.
- Multi-round schedules with optional group stages inside a single round
- Single round robin, double round robin, knockout, or a fully custom format — per round or group
- Auto-generate every fixture instantly, or add matches manually
- Mix auto-generated and manual matches within the same group
- Every match carries its own teams, date, time, and venue
- Match status tracked through scheduled → in progress → completed / cancelled
- Schedule as soon as squads are formed, right after the auction

Your schedule, on your terms
As a League Owner, you decide when the schedule goes live — and stay in control long after it does.
Draft
Every schedule starts as a private draft. Build out rounds, groups, and matches at your own pace — only you can see it until you publish. Leave with changes unpublished, and Gaim.zone reminds you once so nothing gets forgotten.
Publish
Publish when you're ready and the schedule goes live for every player and franchise owner to see their fixtures.
Add a Round
Need one more round after publishing — an extra playoff, a decider? Add it any time, even once the rest of the schedule is live.
Edit a Match
Update teams, date, time, venue, or result on any individual match — before or after publish.
Structure Locks After Publish
Round and group structure locks once published, protecting live fixtures from accidental changes — while every match inside stays fully editable.
Delete Protection
You can delete the last round if none of its matches have a result yet. If they do, deleting requires a press-and-hold confirmation that shows exactly how many matches and results are on the line.
Catch the conflicts before your players do
Before a schedule saves or publishes, Gaim.zone checks it for the mistakes that are easy to miss by hand.
Turn your schedule into a poster worth sharing
Once your schedule is ready, export it as a shareable image or PDF — the full tournament, or filtered down to a single date, team, or round. Pick a visual theme, feature your league crest, and send it straight to the group chat.

Once it's published, everyone's watching
Fixtures don't just sit there. Every match carries its own status, visible to the people who care about it most.
Match Lifecycle
Each match moves through scheduled → in progress → completed, or cancelled if plans change — status visible to everyone tracking the tournament.
Full Fixture Visibility
Once published, players, franchise owners, and spectators see every round, group, and match — no more asking the League Owner what's next.
