Yes. You can edit your name, nickname, date of birth, gender, profile picture, and location anytime from the profile section.

A League is a virtual competition space where League Owners manage franchise auctions and oversee gameplay across sports like Cricket, Football, Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Hockey, Kabaddi, and more.

As a League Owner, go to "Create League," fill in the details (name, sport type, season, description, auction info), upload your logo and banner, and choose settings like invitation rules and player/franchise count.

Yes. Leagues can be edited or deleted before the auction starts. Deleting a League requires a reason and will notify all participants.

Each account can own one franchise per league. However, you can own franchises in multiple different leagues simultaneously — giving you the flexibility to manage teams across different sports and competitions at the same time.

An Organization is a registered sports club or association that you can create and link to your leagues. You provide the club name, registration number, type (club, academy, association, etc.), and location. Linking a league to your organization helps brand it under your official club identity and makes it easier to manage multiple leagues as one entity.

Yes. Once squads are formed, League Owners can build a full tournament schedule — multiple rounds, each optionally split into groups, in any format: single or double round robin, knockout, or custom. Fixtures can be auto-generated or added manually, and mixed within the same group. The schedule starts as a private draft and can be published when you're ready, so players and franchise owners see their fixtures. Each match is tracked through its lifecycle: scheduled, in progress, completed, or cancelled.

Yes. You can edit any individual match — teams, date, time, venue, or result — at any time, even after the schedule is published. The round and group structure locks once published to protect live fixtures, though you can still add a new round, and you can delete the last round as long as none of its matches have a recorded result yet.

Yes — once published, players, franchise owners, and spectators can see the full schedule inside the app. You can also export it as an image or PDF poster to share outside the app, filtered by date, team, or round, with a choice of visual themes and your league crest.

Auctions are real-time and randomized. Players are presented one by one and franchise owners bid using their allocated points within defined increments. The timer resets with each new bid. No real money is involved in bidding — it's all strategy.

League Owners set the maximum and base point values for the auction (e.g., max: 150,000 points, base: 2,000 points). Bid increments are configured in tiers by the League Owner.

No. Franchises must bid within their remaining points and must also reserve enough points to fill their required squad size.

Unsold players are automatically re-entered into the pool and will be auctioned again until all franchises meet the required player count.

Practice Mode lets you run a fully simulated auction using test data — no real league, players, or participants needed. You bid against computer opponents, on your own, whenever you like. It runs in the app and in a browser at gaim.zone/play. It is not the same as a Trial Auction, which uses your real league and real people.

Guided Demo is an interactive, step-by-step overlay tutorial built into the auction screen for first-time users. It walks you through every part of the auction interface using simulated data — whether you're a League Owner controlling the auction or a Franchise bidder placing bids. Once you complete it, it won't appear again for that role.

A Trial Auction is a rehearsal in the real room. The League Owner opens the actual auction with the actual franchises and a handful of real players, so every franchise owner practises bidding in the place they will bid for real. It ends on a timer or when the owner calls it, and it leaves no trace on the league — no squads, no spent budgets. Practice Mode, by contrast, is a solo simulation against computer bidders that needs no league at all.

Yes. Open gaim.zone/play in any modern browser and sign in with your mobile number and OTP — the same account as the app. You can run a practice auction, or join a real one with the league ID your League Owner gives you. The browser room is laid out for a big screen, which is what you want if you are running the auction in a hall with a projector. There is nothing to install, but you do still sign in.

One at a time, the way WhatsApp Web works. If Gaim.zone is already open in another tab or window, the new one says so and offers Use here — press it and that tab takes over. The one you left is set aside rather than closed, so going back and pressing Use here there picks up where you left off.

Yes. When you schedule the auction you set the max points budget per franchise, the minimum bid every player opens at, and the tiered ladder that bid increments follow as prices climb. Gaim.zone checks the combination before locking it in — every franchise must still be able to afford a full squad at base price.

Yes, and you do not have to be watching the room for it. As a registered player you get a push when your bidding starts, another when you are sold — naming the franchise and the price — and one if your lot closes with no bids, which says you may come up again later, because unsold players are returned to the pool and offered again. If a League Owner later revokes your sale, that correction reaches you too. The sale and its correction always arrive, even if you have muted auction notifications.

Yes — those are icon players. Before the auction opens, the League Owner assigns chosen players to franchises at any price, including free. Those players never come up for bidding: the room starts with those squads already seeded and the franchises' purses already charged, and everyone in the room can see it.

Yes. The League Owner can void the player currently on the block — useful if the wrong profile came up or a bid was clearly a mistake — and can revoke a sale that has already completed. A revoked player returns to the pool and the franchise gets its points back. Voided lots stay visible in the auction history rather than disappearing, so the record stays honest.

By default, yes — a lot closes and the next player goes up immediately. League Owners can switch the auction to manual pacing, where each lot still closes on its own timer but the next player is published only when the owner presses the button. Manual is the mode to use when a person is anchoring the auction out loud.

Yes. Franchise owners can download their squad as a CSV for their own records, or as a themed PDF designed to be shared straight into a group chat. League Owners can export the full enrolled players or franchises list the same way.

You can be a Player (register and get picked in auctions), a Franchise Owner (own and manage a team), or a League Owner (create leagues and conduct auctions). You can play different roles in different leagues simultaneously.

You'll get app notifications and shareable links. Clicking the link opens the app and navigates you directly to the invitation. You can accept or decline without giving a reason.

Yes. There's no limit to how many leagues you join, whether as a player, franchise owner, or league owner.

Yes — bidders stay editable right up until the auction starts, so a last-minute swap is fine. The bidder roster sits on your franchise screen, and whoever holds the seat carries a Franchise Bidder tag.

Your app will try to auto-reconnect. If a franchise owner disconnects, the League Owner can see their offline status and manually pause the auction.

The auction continues on the server while you're offline, so a bid can close during a long outage. The app auto-reconnects the moment your connection returns, and you can bid again as long as the current player's timer is still running. The League Owner also sees your offline status in real time and can pause the auction until you're back.

Yes. After an auction ends, you can view the complete squad rosters for every franchise and browse the full activity log showing every bid and auction event in order.

Yes. From any league screen, tap Report and pick a reason — fake or fraudulent league, prize-not-delivered, match-fixing, impersonation, harassment, spam, or inappropriate content. Add optional details and submit. Every report is reviewed by the team.

Gaim.zone is free on Android (via Google Play) and iOS (via the App Store). The auction room also runs in any modern browser at gaim.zone/play — you can join or run a live auction from a laptop with nothing to install. Everything else (leagues, players, franchises, schedules) lives in the mobile app.

Yes — free to download and free to play. There are no per-auction charges, no in-app purchases, and all bidding uses points, not money. Even league sponsors are included: every league can publish two sponsor logos at no cost. Our focus right now is growing the community of leagues, players, and franchise owners on the platform.

Yes. Add a sponsor's logo, name and an optional link, and they appear on your league's public page. There are four tiers, and each one reaches further than the last: Listing shows on the Sponsors tab, Associate adds the rotating spot on the league's Info tab, Presenting adds your schedule posters, roster PDFs and the auction room, and Title adds every card your league appears on. Every league gets two Listing sponsors free.

Yes. Each notification group has its own Push and In-app switch, plus a master switch for everything. Turning off a push doesn't lose the notification — it still appears in the app's inbox, just without buzzing your phone. A small number always reach you whatever the switches say: the ones that record something happening to you rather than something you might like to know, such as being sold in an auction, or that sale later being revoked.
