Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your Gaim.zone account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how the process works.

How to request account deletion

    Open the Gaim.zone app

    Launch the Gaim.zone app on your device and make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

    Go to your Profile

    Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile page.

    Tap "Delete Account"

    Scroll to the bottom of your profile page and tap "Delete Account".

    Provide a reason

    Enter a reason for leaving in the text field. A reason is required before you can submit the request.

    Submit the deletion request

    Tap "Request Account Deletion" and confirm in the dialog. Your request will be submitted to the Gaim.zone team for review.

This is a deletion request, not an instant delete

Your request will be reviewed by the Gaim.zone team and may take up to 30 days to process. The request will only be approved if there are no ongoing leagues or pending activities associated with your account. You will continue to have access to your account until the deletion is complete.

Checking or withdrawing a pending request

After you submit a deletion request, its status will show as Pending Review in the app. If you change your mind, you can withdraw the request before it is processed:

  1. 1Open the Gaim.zone app and go to Profile, then scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  2. 2Your active request will be shown with its current status, submitted reason, and submission date.
  3. 3Tap “Withdraw Request” and confirm. Your account will remain active.

What data is deleted

Once your deletion request is approved and processed, the following personal data is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your full name
  • Mobile number
  • Gender (if provided)
  • Date of birth (if provided)
  • Your league memberships and participation history
  • Your franchise ownership and auction history
  • Your app notifications and preferences

What data may be retained

  • Anonymised auction logs that are part of league records managed by League Owners (these do not identify you personally after deletion)

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to your device or are unable to log in, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us. Include the mobile number registered with your account and the reason for your request.
