Draft first, publish when ready

Every schedule starts as a private draft only you can see. Publish when you're ready and it goes live for players, franchise owners, and spectators — with a one-time reminder if you leave an unpublished draft behind.

Built-in conflict warnings

Before you save or publish, Gaim.zone checks for missing dates, times, or venues, double-booked venues or teams, and duplicate pairings within a round.

Edit any match, anytime

Update teams, date, time, venue, or result on any individual match — before or after the schedule is published.

Locked structure protects live fixtures

Round and group structure locks once published to protect live matches. You can still add a new round, and can delete the last round if none of its matches have a recorded result — deleting one that does requires a press-and-hold confirmation.

Match lifecycle tracking

Each match progresses through scheduled → in progress → completed → cancelled states, visible to all participants.

Share your schedule as a poster

Export the schedule as an image or PDF — filtered by date, team, or round — with a choice of visual themes and your league crest.
