Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your GaimZone account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.

How to delete your account

    Open the GaimZone app

    Launch the GaimZone app on your Android device and make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

    Go to your Profile

    Tap the Profile icon at the bottom navigation bar to open your profile page.

    Open Settings

    Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of your profile page.

    Tap "Delete Account"

    Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm your decision.

    Confirm deletion

    A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Yes, Delete My Account" to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to all leagues, franchises, and auction history associated with your account.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following personal data is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your profile information (name, nickname, photo, date of birth, gender, location)
  • Your league memberships and participation history
  • Your franchise ownership and auction history
  • Your app notifications and preferences
  • Your account credentials (phone number association)

What data may be retained

  • Anonymised auction logs that are part of league records managed by League Owners (these do not identify you personally after deletion)

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to your device or are unable to log in, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Include the mobile number registered with your account.
